Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime via the Stripe portal. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
What about the right of withdrawal?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from membership activation, provided the service has not been used. Per-analysis purchases are consumed immediately and are not covered by the withdrawal right.
Does the membership auto-renew?
Yes, memberships renew monthly. You will be notified in writing before each renewal and can cancel anytime.
What about unused opens?
Opens roll over up to the cap (Basic: 20, Pro: 100). Premium is unlimited.
Why limit opens if everything is already analysed?
The registry is precomputed. Limits are how many companies you open in detail per month, not whether the company exists. Premium is unlimited.
